COVID-19 Symptom checker chatbot

Los Angeles was severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, hospital beds becoming scarce, and UCLA Health's call center being overwhelmed. As the premier health system in California, according to U.S. News & World Report, UCLA Health recognized the life-saving potential of its actions. In response, a Command Center was quickly established to rethink the delivery of care, the scheduling of appointments, and the way patients were cared for. To meet the surging demand and cater to the needs of patients throughout their network, including four hospitals and over 200 clinics, UCLA Health leveraged technology to create a system that could effectively serve Southern California by partnering with Loyal Healthcare creating a chabot that serve over one million citizens.

Product: Generative AI Assistant

Car Repair Genius! Napa's AI assistant is imagined to deal with any mysterious engine noise, warning lights that won't go off, or just routine maintenance. Napa's Autotech AI is here to provide instant, accurate, and understandable advice. By combining deep automotive knowledge with the convenience of AI technology, Napa's AI will help in-shop technicians diagnose issues, suggest possible fixes, and guide them through their repair process. It will even recommend local repair shops, provide cost estimates,  offer step-by-step instructions for DIY enthusiasts, and vehicle-specific TSBs and warranty information.

Implemented the Alaska pre-flight checklist, providing guests with a centralized view of all their travel needs before boarding, during, and after their flight. Some items are required before departure, so making sure guests were aware was a huge priority.
